OBJECTIVES

The Main Aims and Objectives for which this Newspaper/Trust is established are:

1. To provide proper guidelines & facilities for the promotion of Educational work and effort in the field of Education and Social Development.
2. To provide free Education to the SC/ST/OBC and weaker section children of the society.
3. To undertake planning and development of School & College Education in accordance with the directions given by the competent authorities of Education Departments of the state and India Govt. from time to time.
4. To Established develop and provide Grant-in –Aid to institutions/NGOs of Educational and social importance.
5. To Create Educational awareness on the benefit of education among SC/ST and other socially and economical backward classes of the society.
6. To promote learning through library, documentation activities, News Bulletins & Innovative Programs.
7. To organize camps/seminars/workshops/sports/cultural activities/symposiums, training courses for all section of people various development issues and special in Education Sector.
8. To undertake research studies and various issues related to ecology. Environment social issues and other programs for the betterment of the society
9. To crate mass awareness on various issues through cultural means by a mobile cultural unit.
10. To conduct various training and action programs such as training of rural youth for self Employment (TRYSEM) Rural Employment Guarantee Program (RLEGP) Central Rural Sanitation Program (CRSP) advancements of rural technology schemes.
11. To work for the social, cultural economical and Educational betterment of the society.
12. To create a sense of social responsibility among the people of different sections relating to plantation, forestry population growth, technical and vocational education, Education etc.
13. To undertake/assist development projects intended to stimulate and self reliance “through different Educational based projects.
14. To provide consultancy services to different groups/ agencies/NGOs and social organizations, schools and colleges towards development.
15. To encourage modern technology for increasing rural prosperity through education awareness.
16. To establish and maintain information technology services library mobile library and educational centers.
17. To organize condensed courses, programs for development of Education based work in the rural areas.
18. To train the N.G.O Workers to form cultural groups / social groups / media groups and propagate issue based activities on Education awareness & development amongst the people.
19. To setup a production and design unit of audio visual materials/print and electronic media services to cater to the needs of the time and to publish books, magazines, periodicals, Newspapers and study materials development books for the betterment of the students and society by TNT-The News Trust.
20. To conduct correspondence courses and distant education and to conduct weekly monthly, half yearly, annually examinations & other competitive exams to build up the bright career and better future of the students.
21. To organize income generation programs/social and Educational Development projects for creating Employment opportunity.
22. To provide assistance the victims of natural calamities.
23. To accept, purchase, take on lease or loan hire or otherwise acquire, let, manage, improve, develop mortgage dispose off or otherwise dealt with movable/ immovable property of any rights of privileges necessary or convenient.
24. To provide books, school fees, scholarship, stipend, study loan, study facilities for higher education to the poorest SC/ST/OBC students of Our Country.
25. To collaborate with other institutes, associations, rural NGOs and societies in India or abroad interested in similar objects.
26. To impart training on journalism, advertising and field of marketing by taking affiliation from Universities / Boards/ institutions/ concerned authorities.
27. To acquire by gifts, purchase, exchange, large or hire or otherwise however any lands, buildings and any other property movable and / or immovable and or any state or interest for the furtherance of all or any of the objects of the society.
28. To raise and mobilize funds as and when necessary by means of borrowing from the banks Govt. Public sectors or any other agencies/ grant –in-aid from funding agencies /financial institutions for the objects of the society.
29. To Control manage, and supervise, the various activities and programs of the Organization / Newspaper.
30. To Negotiate and enter into contracts lawfully on behalf of the Organization / Newspaper such contracts to do all such other lawful acts deeds or things either alone or in conjunction with other organizations / individuals as re-incidental or conductive to the attainment of any of the above objects.
31. To provide various welfare facilities for employees of our different offices / projects.
32. To make rules and regulations for the conduct of the affairs of the Organization / Newspaper and to add, amend, vary or rescind them from time to time.
33. To provide consultancy services to different Groups, Agencies and NGOs with regard to social, educational and Economical Projects.
34. To Assist and collaborates with other organizations having similar objectives and to programs of Human Resource, educational and social change.
35. To Accept donations, in cash or kind, subscriptions, grant-in-Aid , securities, property of any kind and accept the management of endowment society of donation not inconsistent with objects of the society subjects to condition that such acceptance from foreign agencies, institutions and Government will be done with the prior approval of the government of India.
36. To organize conference, lectures, seminars, on educational matters of current interest.
37. To arrange education media conference for the benefit of the masses at large.
38. To publish educational & political Newspapers, Magazines, Bulletins, and Journals & Periodicals etc. by TNT-The News Trust.
39. To undertake Educational research projects for the academic need.
40. To adjusts, settle, compromise, and refer to arbitration all actions, suits, claims, demands and the proceedings regarding the financial matter/ Trust fund if any litigation arises relating to the trust/Newspaper affairs the matter will be decided by the court within the Delhi jurisdiction.
41. To establish project/branch offices in national and international level to implement the above objectives.
42. To enter into such contracts or agreements or offer franchise as the Director/Editor may think fit the purpose of the Organization / Newspaper and on such terms & conditions as may be deemed necessary for such or any of the those purposes.
43. To create Educational consciousness among the people in rural and remote area of the society.
44. To publish Educational journals and periodicals to create education awareness in the society.
45. To apply for the Government, public bodies, urban local, Municipal, District and other bodies, corporation, companies, or persons for and to accept grant of money and of aid, donations, gifts, subscriptions and other assistance with a view to promoting the objects of the Trust/Newspaper.
